Shipping policy

All our deliveries are tracked. This policy explains where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we deliver

  • Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales, including the Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly
  • Northern Ireland
  • Jersey and Guernsey

We do not currently deliver to the Isle of Man, British Forces (BFPO) addresses or outside the UK and Channel Islands.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged by the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Standard tracked delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.
  • Express tracked delivery is available to Great Britain, Jersey and Guernsey. It is always charged, including on orders of £50 or more.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Standard: 2 to 3 working days, or 3 to 4 working days to Northern Ireland
  • Express: 1 to 2 working days

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Remote areas can take longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can. If your order is delayed, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link.

Jersey and Guernsey

Jersey and Guernsey are outside the UK VAT area, so every parcel travels with a customs declaration. Any local import charges are paid by the recipient.

Delivery problems

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before you order. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated date, email customercare@bascuda.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery company and then send a replacement or refund you.
